CASA of Western Maryland (Court Appointed Special Advocates)-We Speak for the Children! is a non-profit organization that serves the communities of Allegany and Washington Counties. We recruit, train, and supervise volunteer advocates who serve on behalf of the Court as the voice of the abused and neglected children involved with the foster care system. We collaborate with other local agencies to ensure that all children are in a safe and nurturing home.
