Potomac State College, a division of West Virginia University, offers more than 50 programs of study. You can earn a two-year, associate of arts degree for transfer to WVU or other colleges of choice. Or, you might be interested in one of our eight fast-track, career and technical degrees in programs such as Criminal Justice or Equine Management. And now students can stay at PSC to complete their four-year, bachelor of applied science degree in Business Management, Criminal Justice, or Computer Information Systems. We also offer the Regents Bachelor of Arts (RBA) degree, which allows non-traditional students (or anyone who has been out of high school for at least five years) the potential to earn credit for life/work experience in conjunction with college courses. Potomac State serves both the residential and commuting student. Students can opt to live in one of our six residence halls. Students can get involved in one of 24 clubs or organizations or attend any of approximately 400 events each year hosted by the Student Activities Office. The College also offers 11 intercollegiate athletic programs with the recent addition of men's and women's cross country and lacross teams. Best of all, PSC's tuition and fees are not only the lowest of any four-year institutions in the state but also is ranked among the lowest of any four-year institutions in the nation.
